Annotation
The vision for the future development of Libčice and Vltavou is based on respect for the existing character and industrial heritage of the site. The proposal preserves the genius loci of the former industrial area through adaptive reuse of existing structures and the introduction of new functional programs.
The design complements the contemporary context with logical infrastructure, mixed-use develop-ment, and high-quality public spaces. Residential, civic, and production-oriented functions are inte-grated into a cohesive urban structure enriched by green spaces and the riverside embankment. The ambition is to strengthen the identity and future potential of Libčice nad Vltavou.
