A permeable urban ecosystem that inhabits the heritage of the old factory to foster a vibrant, multi-layered community.
The project reactivates the industrial frame by structuring it around three major anchors: a cultural hub centered around creative workshops and a museum, a social core featuring a local foodcourt and shops, and a shared living sector integrating a hostel, a sports hall, and a game bar.
Designed as a multidisciplinary crossroads, the open-plan layout unifies these functions through a continuous flow of movement, establishing a dense urban fragment within the industrial structure.
