Annotation

The building functions as a living urban center that gives people a sense of belonging and safety. It is a response to the desire of young couples, students, and singles for their own affordable privacy that does not isolate them from the world around them. The goal was not to build just another apartment block, but to create a real community. From the bridge, the eye is immediately drawn to the distinctive pink shutters – a symbol of empathy, openness, and nurturing.
