The Gateway to the Silent Valley

The Gateway to the Silent Valley project presents the Maxmiliánka cultural landscape research center, whose concept forms a spatial interface between the city and nature. Its functional layout consists of four fundamental elements: a public greenhouse for direct education, a landscape pergola creating a seamless transition into the open landscape, a public auditorium/hall, and a research core that gives the public a direct glimpse into the scientists' work. The structure of the entire complex is strictly based on a 6x6 m grid, which I subsequently divide or multiply in various ways.
