Biomimetics

Biomimetics is a scientific field, which studies construction solutions in nature and living organisms. Trying to replicate them with the goal of developing new technical solutions. The term is derived from the Greek words bios (life) and mimesis (imitation). In the design, I was inspired by nature and tried to create a simulation of the landscape. The module was built around the geometry of the stairs. These resemble contour lines and, together with the cascades, form an artificial hill. The building allows people to gradually pass through the greenhouse all the way to the green roof. The vertical promenade creates a gradating mass, which is complemented by the lightweight construction of the greenhouse.
