FAMILY HOUSE ON KOTLASKA

House No. 12 provides private housing for a family of four and a rental apartment on the ground floor. The design was shaped by the sloping terrain, which enables separate entrances from two different levels. The south side features a commercial unit (an apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and glass garden access), a covered parking space, and storage. The two-story family area is accessed from the north. Large windows maximize southwest views, while the bedroom faces the morning sun from the east. The open-plan living space flows freely; the kitchen, dining, and living areas are visually separated by a column supporting the upper floor wall. The interior's highlight is a double-height ceiling offering views of Prague.
