RECREATIONAL AREA FOR ŘÍČKY IN ORLICKÉ HORY

This thesis project works with a parcel in Říčky v Orlických horách. The existing, non-functional building of a chalet is removed and two new objects are designed. The first object (A) contains a restaurant, a hotel and a coworking space for teamwork. The second object (B) contains flats and an underground parking. The project enters an exponated place in the scenery of the mountains Orlické hory with respect to the contextual and historic situation. It works with traditional forms and roofing materiál. It compiles a new proposition for nearby crossroad with its public space.
