Administrative Building Předlice - m

The office building is designed in an urban development in Předlice on the outskirts of the city of Ústí nad Labem. It is situated following the original block development, in which it completes the main central axis. The structure operates on the principle of an appropriately chosen slenderness ratio with the minimum possible floor plan so that all legal and standard rules are met. Significant emphasis is placed on the facades of the building, which use BIPV technology that integrates photovoltaic elements into the facade. This ensures higher self-sufficiency of the building while increasing the aesthetic quality.
