Palace near the Church

Palác u Kostela complements the block development near the shopping centres Forum and Labe, close to the Church Nanebvzetí Panny Marie. On the ground floor there are rentable spaces for retail, the administration is on the second floor, the other floors consist of luxury apartments with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Residents and administration have separate entrances, staircase and elevator. The building includes a robotic parking system due to the small lot.
