Student Housing Žižkov

The project focuses on student housing that offers a combination of three types of accommodation: single rooms, double rooms, and four-bed rooms. All rooms are equipped with a private kitchenette and bathroom, and those facing the courtyard have their own balconies. On the ground floor, there are public commercial spaces and an entrance lobby with a reception area. On the 6th floor, there are shared study rooms. An important part of the project is also the ground-level area, which is suitable for public events, art installations, or other gatherings.
