Health Centre under the Carpark

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new outpatient clinic located within a former garage hall in the inner courtyard of a residential block in PragueŽižkov. The proposal preserves the valuable arched structure of the existing hall and adds a parking house extension, which can be flexibly converted in the future. The aim is to provide a locally accessible healthcare facility that meets current user needs while integrating respectfully into the urban scale. The building incorporates extensive greenery and a rainwater retention system. The thesis includes architectural, structural and technical documentation.
