Annotation
The aim of this work was to develop the office building design to the phase of documentation for building permission. The project came from the previous revitalization study in Brno, South district. Its urban design is supposed to offer new opportunities for living and working in this part of the city. The main idea is to create modern office space for software development company and positively contribute to the comfort and performance of employees at the same time.
