Senior Park Šatovka

Leaving home is hard and with age it gets even harder. My goal was to create a place where they can find their second home and engage in active social life. For this purpose, I have chosen the Šatovka homestead, which’s location makes an ideal place to create a senior park. Its main object is long-term housing for the seniors, supplemented by social services and ancillary services. Newly designed buildings provide variety of living spaces in between themselves, and with a view over the area and valley Šárecká.
