Symbol of the city and its greatest gem - The spring of František - determine the beginning of National street, which forms the major axis intersecting the entire city. Compared to that, the end of the axis is a bit unclear, continuing without any aim, having not other closing dominant. I use the classicist circuar pavilion of František´s spring turning it inversity. At the beginning of the axis, the pavilion appears as mass in space, at the end of the axis, the pavilion represents space in mass - a circular atrium around which the whole building of the city library is create.
