Because of existing condiotions of house with nursing care in Jilemnice and as a result a big amount of unsolved requests for accomodation, it is obvious that topic related to accomodation for senior citizens is very essential and relevant in the city. This thesis focuses on search of acceptable locations for housing units for senior sitizens in the city area, as well as proposal of facilities for nursing care with accomodation for people suffering from Alzheimer's disease on chosen plot located in Nouzov.
