Annotation
The thesis sloves the proposal of the community center in the historical core of the town Hloubětín. The object serves as a center of culture, lemure and encounters for people of all ages. It blends the functions of cafes, libraries, social halls and seminar rooms into a single unit that builds on an existing building.
