RETIREMENT HOME, PRAHA 2 - VINOHRADY

Subject of this diploma thesis is a project, situated within Vinohrady district, which focuses on a residence for elderly people. Given the size of the property and nearby surroundings I tried to create semi-closed block which will serve not only to residents of the building but to local neighbourhood as well. Whole block is divided to functional ground floors from which the residential units are elevated, so they could satisfy given needs and requirements of the elderly.
