GAP SITE BUILDING-UP KONGRESNI TRG LJUBLJANA

The topic of this thesis is a new theatre building for Slovenian capital, Ljubljana. This work aims at searching for a new form of the theatre typology suitable for a society of 21th century. A site for the project is located in historical center. The importance of the place was underlined by Josip Plečnik, who placed the end of an important urban axis in the site. The goal of the project is to integrate the new building to the current urban structure.
