Annotation
Havlickuv Brod is a city of a regional significance. Yet at present it lacks representative cultural house. The subject of the proposal is a multi-functional house, which offers the background for various cultural events and suitably complements the disturbed urban structure of the city center after demolitions, that took place last century.
