The main purpose of my diploma thesis is the revitalization of an abandoned former industrial zone and its transformation into livable space. For the purpose of culture, education and development. My design comes out of the city's needs and the needs of leisure time organisations, that I divided into three main categories: culture, sport and education. This division determines the spatial solution of the territory - three volumes. The design also reflects historical characteristics of the place and its surroundings. Some materials reflect those used in nearby buildings while materials such as corten steel were chosen to reflects the industrial history of the area.
