Apartment Building in Náchod

The designed apartment building is located in the historical centre of Náchod. It has five floors. The ground floor has commercial spaces for rent, a bistro and a library. The building offers apartments of various sizes, single-storey and duplex. Typologically, it is a pavilion building with an internal courtyard, which creates a pleasant environment for the residents. An internal opening has been inserted into the original irregular mass to serve as a skylight and internal courtyard for the residents. The connection with the surroundings was solved by two passageways, which at the same time articulate the original massive shape.
