The design strives to build a community and comfortable living, which is based on the question of the future in terms of its accessibility and choice. From the very beginning, the concept of the house was shaped by its orientation. The simple rectangular shape of the plot follows the sides of the world, which define and shape its appearance. A log staircase is created along the northern length of the plot, which allows vertical movement around the building and at the same time creates a pleasant place to stay and meet. On the south and east sides, the façade is consolidated, into the elements of the loggias, which determine its articulation and playability, are alternately imprinted.
