Vršovická Housing

Society is diverse, the city is diverse. That is why I propose a wide range of housing – classic flats, pavilion flats and terraced houses directly on Vršovická Street. I am exploring how to preserve the diversity of the city within one project. The urbanism of the whole complex reflects it, and it is structured even though it is a single unit. I continue the context of the urban avenue of Vršovická, while offering an open green courtyard. I am bringing new public spaces, amenities and, most importantly, hundreds of new residents to the city. Where else to build than here?
