Annotation
The diploma thesis deals with the densification of the Košíře district, following on from a pre-diploma seminar carried out in the Císler Pazdera studio, which explored the site in depth. The analyses showed that the site is suitable for residential development. The thesis therefore deals with housing-related topics: affordable housing, social diversity, community housing and the search for a standard.
