Have you ever walked through an area and wondered how it could become a gathering place for everyone? What makes a space feel welcoming and inclusive? How can we balance the needs of students, locals, and visitors in a way that fosters a sense of community? These are the questions driving our vision for Campus Kaai in Brussels. Campus Kaai is an emerging area filled with potential. It’s surrounded by diverse places and people: students, locals, and visitors all crossing paths daily. That’s why we’ve decided to focus on building stronger connections between the people who live, study, and spend time here. Instead of letting these groups pass each other by, we want to create spaces that encourage them to meet together.

my key experience from erasmus

The entire process in the studio was well organised and had a clear structure, which allowed us to fully concentrate on the creative part. We worked in smaller teams, which enabled us to inspire each other, divide tasks according to our strengths, and learn to collaborate in an international environment. The feedback from the professors was very helpful to me, as it was constructive and well-formulated.
