Cultural house - Kino Mlýn

The Kino Mlýn project takes place in an old Mill in Zahradky. It serves the purpose of revitalisation of the village by including a new strong cultural equipment that avoids the village to be too dependant on the city nearby. The project includes a Movie Theater / Theater Stage, with a system of lodges for the artists, a bar with a reading area and a connection to the garden, an exhibition room open on the vertical circulation, and a double level dedicated to art practice (dance, theater, plastic arts). A new staircase distributes all those uses. Those main uses would be cohabiting with an office for the workers, a main hall that one can enter through a Sas signaling the new main facade, and toilets and changing rooms, some for the visitors, some for the artists.
