NURSING HOME OSTROVNÍ
Annotation
The current swimming pool complex from the 80s doesn't utilize the unique potencial of the historical city core and the close proximity to the calm Otava river. My design of a new nursing home follows the existing urbanism, while careful work with terrain and landscaping allows me to divide the private calm garden for the clients and the public, lively park alongside of the river bank with a space for commercial services. The project's focus is to offer calm and comfortable living conditions for the elderly, while having the possibility of contact with the public.
