The bachelor's thesis is derived from the study from the winter semester 2024/2025. The study dealt with housing on Olšanská Street in Žižkov. The thesis focuses on the structural and technical design of the building, structural solutions, technological solutions, fire safety solutions, principles of construction organisation, and interior design.
