Villa Harrachov
Annotation
The designed villa is situated in the mountainous area of Harrachov. The house is designed as a two-storey building with a gable roof, structurally designed with a combination of a reinforced concrete foundation slab and a timber frame construction. On the entire surface of the southwestern part of the roof, photovoltaic panels are built in a classic double-skin structure with a ventilated gap. The layout of the family house is designed to meet high demands for comfortable and functional living, with the possibility of using it as a rental mountain chalet for larger groups.
