KUNSTHALLE HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ

The intention of the project was to create a place for staying and meeting. Whether it is art enthusiasts, visitors to the city, or its residents, the space is meant to serve anyone, and everyone has the opportunity to find their own path within it. The site contains two buildings connected by a partially shaded area. The complex allows free passage through the courtyard, while also aiming to engage people, spark their curiosity about what lies behind its walls, and provide a space to pause for a moment. One building offers a café with a library, while the other building houses a generous exhibition space, which is partly double-height, allowing for the display of spatially demanding works.
