On the way to history

My design sensitively reflects the historical and landscape value of Bílá Hora. A grass spiral path with concrete blocks leads visitors through the site toward a newly designed memorial mound, located at the original spot. The blocks include historical information, quotes, and seating, and are accompanied by trees for shade. The light steel structure of the mound displays three key dates in Roman numerals and serves also as a space for contemporary art. It is surrounded by 27 birch trees, symbolizing the executed noblemen. The surrounding area becomes a flowering meadow, and nearby roads are unified with stone paving and calm traffic design.
