stitched Turnov

Turnov – the city of the Jizera, picturesque corners but also many scars from the past. Our designed area is located around the housing estate, the railway station and falls to the river, where the old and closed area of ​​Juta – the former textile factory is currently located. With the design, we are trying to complement the decayed structure of the city so that we can heal the empty spaces and scars caused by the busy infrastructure. Throughout the area, we are trying to find and support its character, make it passable, clear and make it a safe place to live. Together with the other designs, we want to stitch Turnov together so that it becomes a coherent city that is close to its Jizera.
