Deštné v Orlických horách

In the heart of Orlické mountains, the rich glass-making industry and agricultural landscape have been replaced by forests and overtourism, the population is decreasing. In three scales, we look gradually at the landscape, traces of its paths and extinct solitudes, then at the area reserves of the municipality and their meaningful use, and finally at the ephemeral, the character that disappears with each lost piece of history. We explore the ways of both renewal and development.
