Mayrau Mine (Kladno) – a former coal mine, now an industrial heritage site – bridges art and history. The UHLÍ project revitalized its engine house into a multifunctional space: a forge, gallery, and bar. White interiors symbolize a break from the industrial past, contrasting with repurposed historical elements. Glass walls flood the space with light and connect zones. Metalworks crafted on-site are displayed in their raw form in the showroom. Mayrau emerges as a symbol of transformation, where art reanimates industrial heritage.
