Šroubárny Turnov

The area is located in the north of Bohemia near Český ráj. The aim of the project was to replace the original unused production hall of Šroubárny and its surroundings and to create a centre for the predominantly residential part of the town, which would become the heart of the Daliměřice urban quarter. Along with the creation of the centre, the proposal aims to improve and make attractive the access to unused areas and to complement the existing structure. The area is bounded by the line of the road and the river, which imaginatively separate this last area from the rest of the town. The design seeks to create interconnected centres and link them to the rest of the city.
