The project focuses on the urban development design of the town of Přeštice. The area responds to the planned bypass, which will enable the transformation of the current first-class road into urban streets with higher public space quality. The design emphasizes traffic calming, improving public spaces, and leveraging the potential of key locations — revitalizing Masaryk Square, Přeštice Park, and the housing estate, as well as upgrading 1. máje, Rybova, and Hlávkova streets. New construction is included, along with enhanced traffic permeability. The goal is to support everyday life for residents and increase the town’s attractiveness.
