Přeštice Northern Town

This project reimagines the northern part of the city Přeštice, guides the residential development in this area and its connection to the surrounding natural environment. The new building fabric completes the existing system of orthogonal streets, and a new local centre is proposed. The adjacent landscape is an important part of the concept - the renaturalization of the streams and spring area was proposed, which creates not only a suitable environment for local ecosystems but also a great opportunity for recreation and reconnection with nature.
