Polyfunctional Block Přeštice

The project addresses the transformation of an inappropriately located industrial site of the Elastform company in the southeastern part of Přeštice. The site lies in a quiet area near the town center and the Úhlava River, offering strong development potential. The design preserves the administrative building, converting it into a municipal polyclinic and starter housing. The former production hall is replaced by a new assisted living facility, responding to the increasing need for senior housing in the region. The new urban block emphasizes community life, spatial permeability, and integration with the existing neighborhood. The aim is to reintegrate the site into the urban fabric, enhance public amenities, and create a high-quality public space.
