New District and Hospital Letňany
Annotation
The design of the new Letňany district and hospital aims to create a vibrant, sustainable, and climate-resilient urban structure at the terminus of metro line C. The proposal combines compact block development with landscape and high-quality public spaces. It includes a regional hospital with 1,000 beds, a central axis called Via Sancta, diverse civic amenities, and a strong emphasis on pedestrian, cycling, and public transport connectivity.
