Next-Gen Přeštice

The design focuses on the renovation of a former factory into a barrier-free leisure center for children and youth. The project is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among children in Přeštice. The main feature is a skatepark, both indoors and outdoors. Additional elements include a two-level bouldering wall, hangout zones, art studios, workshops, a computer room, a reading nook, and a room for a social worker. The adjoining garden is terraced, connected to the interior, and complemented by a workout area, greenery, and graffiti walls. The building features a green and wooden façade, with improvements extending into the surrounding streets.
