We propose the reconstruction of G59 in the form of a baugruppe. The first step is to convert the former laundry room into a workshop, which will serve as a base for the DIY renovation of the remaining parts of the house. We are proposing apartments in both wings that have a core in the middle of the layout and a loose facade. The cores are variable and can be adapted to the individual needs of the residents. The aim is to create a self-sufficient house - economically and socially. Jobs are created directly in the house: on the roof in greenhouses, in workshops and in a ground floor bistro with its own products. On the ground floor there is a co-work, a common room and a space for leisure activities. In the middle of the house, a garden is being created - a little wild, a little personal.
