CONCEPT OF THE LANDSCAPE OF POŠEMBEŘÍ NEAR ČESKÝ BROD

The aim of the diploma thesis is a conceptual solution for the landscape in the vicinity of the Šembera River in the cadastral area of the city of Český Brod as a space for river landscape and peaceful recreation for the city's residents. The area under consideration includes both an urbanized area where the river flows through the city and an extra-urban area where it flows through a freer landscape. The primary target group is local residents from Český Brod and adjacent municipalities. The proposal aims to ensure the permeability of the landscape using new off-road communications, to create spaces suitable for recreation that respond to the future urban development of the city and to preserve and enhance the natural and cultural values of the area.
