Revitalization of the courtyard of Lanškroun Castle

The design focuses on the revitalization of the historic courtyard park of Lanškroun Castle, which is part of the town’s heritage zone. As the castle currently functions as a municipal museum, the proposal adapts the space to meet the needs of both residents and visitors. The goal is to create an attractive environment for recreation and cultural events. Key principles of the design include multifunctionality, cohesion, simplicity, comfort, intuitive orientation, and integration with the castle grounds. Emphasis is placed on sustainability, historical continuity, and modern use within the framework of blue-green and grey infrastructure.
