Annotation
The area under consideration, covering an area of approximately 40 hectares, is located in the city of České Budějovice and is between the busy roads – Vrbenská Street and Rudolfovská Street. The aim of the proposal is to transform the previously underused area into a coherent urban structure with an emphasis on sustainability, accessibility, respect for valuable places, quality public spaces and support for green infrastructure as basic prerequisites for quality city life.
