The new building in the area of the Žižkov Freight Station combines administrative functions with a rich cultural and community program. It does not emerge as an object, but as a gesture — creating a gateway. Two towers: verticals of different worlds. Governance and everyday life, representation and movement. Connected by a bridge that is not merely a link, but a space of its own — a place of transition, view, and encounter. The bridge, as a horizontal between the towers, opens up new ways of living together. The proposed mass supports openness and connection — between institution and public, work and leisure.
