At the site where tracks once crossed, we now search for new crossroads – between generations, destinies. Confluence grows from a deep need to reconnect what often breaks apart in urban life: the contact between childhood and old age, joy and tranquility, care and freedom. In the area of the former Žižkov Freight Station, a space is being created that gently connects the worlds of children and seniors. The organic shape of the building creates smooth transitions between play areas, relaxation spots, community spaces, and care zones. Architecture here is not a barrier, but a tool for understanding. Confluence is not just a building or institution. It is the idea that the greatest values emerge at the touchpoint of differences. Where the laughter of children meets the wisdom of life.
