Residential Block near KOH-I-NOOR factory – České Budějovice

Annotation
The area between the historic center of České Budějovice and the Lidické předměstí district, once used as a warehouse complex for the Koh-i-noor company, is now largely occupied by supermarkets and their paved surroundings. These commercial facilities cover almost the entire site, leaving its strategic location underutilized both urbanistically and socially. The proposed new urban district responds to this potential by completing the city’s structure with residential blocks, administrative buildings, and a variety of public spaces.
