A return to the place where hay once smelled and cattle mooed. The landscape here is not just a backdrop, but a part of life. The restoration of a historic cowshed brings new meaning to old stables and connects agriculture, crafts, hospitality and peace. The milk is processed on site in a small dairy and then appears on the tables of a neighboring restaurant. The project carries the idea that agriculture can be open, visible, that it can be known and understood. The complex also offers accommodation in several buildings, which together create an open space for living.
The accommodation is open, into the space, into the landscape. Views open up everywhere around - to stables, pastures, hills... and also into the landscape, which is not in a hurry.
