Tennis club Modřany

The tennis club project is located in a developing residential area of Prague’s Modřany district, on a spacious plot surrounded primarily by family houses and newly emerging apartment buildings. The site includes three proposed tennis courts — grass, clay, and concrete — offering players a variety of surfaces and year-round usability. The architecture of the main building follows a concept of rational simplicity: a two-story structure, 36 meters in length, with an elongated rectangular floor plan and clean lines.
