Administrative building under the cube

The area under consideration is located on a sloping terrain between Na Moráni and Pod Slovany streets. This terrain difference became a defining element of the design – the result is a composition of three objects, whose entrance floors are located at different height levels. This approach allows for a natural connection to the surrounding street network and at the same time creates a dynamic spatial structure. The project is situated in an urbanistically valuable environment near the Emmaus Abbey and the Prague Cubes, where the Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR) is located. The designed objects serve mainly an administrative function.
